Animated Stonehenge art lesson positive and negative space
A step by step guide to learning about positive and negative space and a step by step guide to creating a contrast feature piece of art work.
Children can follow the on screen instructions and see how the picture builds up as they add more. This lesson creates a Stone Henge contrasted piece of work with a follow up extension.
The steps use 2B to 6B pencils. This could equally be used as a painting exercise or as a collage exercise.
Dragon Pastel Art Tutorial
This step-by-step presentation looks at the tools and techniques needed to create dragon artwork. This can be used with upper and lower KS2 but could be extended using different mediums and using canvas too.
